Trans Alliance
LGBTQ+ HIP is delighted to announce the formation of a Trans Alliance for Brighton and Hove. This initiative sees a number of local groups and projects for trans people come together to work collaboratively. The current member organisations are:
The group meets monthly and provides a forum to advance the interests of trans people and coordinate partnership working. Membership is open to trans-identified representatives of local trans organisations, organisations that provide one or more trans specific services or have a large and ongoing trans client-base. The Trans Alliance is also seeking to involve a number of independent trans-identified people who are not affiliated to any of the current member organisations.
The Trans Alliance was initiated by the LGBTQ+ Health and Inclusion Project, which services the group’s meetings. Please contact us if you would like any further information.
