Grief Meets are monthly meetings for LGBTQ people who have experienced bereavement. These are opportunities to get together with others in a similar situation, and explore grief through a range of mediums.

Wednesday 20th October

Finding Words: Exploring loss and grief through creative writing activities. Facilitated by Dinos Aristidou who has written and directed for the stage in the UK and overseas.
Wednesday 17th November
Online, Zoom | 6.30 – 8.30pm
Music: The Grief Meets Music session will be a gentle space offering the chance to opt-in to facilitated reflection and sharing, meditation, singing and listening to music.
You can opt in to as many of these activities as feels right for you on the day, and can enjoy being in the company of other LGBTQIA+ folk, in a space that welcomes all experiences of and thoughts about grief.
The session will be facilitated by experienced and sensitive LGBTQIA+ choir leader and singing teacher, Hannah-Rose Tristram.

Commemorative Cooking: Exploring loss and grief through baking and decorating biscuits.
