No Holds Barred is run by people with disabilities or from a marginalised group. The aim is to build each other up and change the way things are done, by linking together people with disabilities, marginalised groups, collaborators, and anyone wishing to make a difference. As a baseline, No Holds Barred is trying to make activities and communities physically, emotionally, and practically accessible. From this point hoping that systems will be created so that many people will feel they are able to make a difference to themselves and those around them.
